BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings are only for the person/s named in the booking & who has signed the waiver and completed the required medical information.
The same goes for live stream or video on demand purchase. Only the person who has purchased the video is entitled to view the link.

MAKE UP CLASSES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Unfortunately we are no longer able guarantee make up classes. Attendance at the classes you book is your responsibility (not Yogaville's to cover). However, you may inquire if there is space available to make up a class if you are unable to attend a class due to illness and we will do our best but due to limited space, we can't make any guarantees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes & courses at Yogaville are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases where a genuine medical reason for doing so exists in which case at the discretion of Yogaville, from the date notified, a credit may be given for some unused classes to be transferred to the following term, less a $20 admin fee.
